Social Care Management & Leadership Training
You can now apply for funding for cqc leadership and management training, LCIC, via Skills for Care and the Workforce Development Fund, once you have completed either of Lead to Succeed or Well Led.
We have supported almost 3,000 learners to complete Lead to Succeed and Well Led. In 2020 we successfully converted Lead to Succeed and Well Led into virtual delivery and the feedback from managers is that it much easier to attend and also keeps costs down. It saves time too!

Our Programmes
It was developed by Skills for Care in response to an identified need within the sector to upskill existing managers and provide a pathway to develop aspiring managers in adult social care.
The programme includes a "resource pack" of key learning materials and practical strategies for sharing in the workplace and to support the transfer of learning into practice.
Leading Change Improving Care is a practical leadership development programme aimed at CQC registered managers. Adult social care employers in England can claim up to £500 per staff member on completion

Client Testimonials
I have been able to deal with minor conflict within the team more effectively. This has created a better atmosphere for the team members and the people we support.
Steve
The most valuable element for me has been the self-reflection about what I have currently been doing and how I can improve my leadership qualities.
Daisy
Alex is a fantastic trainer and his coaching insight (7/11 breathing) was really valuable. Probably my favourite session of the Lead to Succeed course.
Bella
I agree completely with lives being improved through learning, and this programme has encapsulated this sentiment.
