Lead to Succeed – Skills for Care Management Training

Lead to Succeed is a five day leadership and management course for social care. The programme was developed by Skills for Care in response to an identified need within the sector to up-skill existing managers and provide a pathway to develop aspiring managers in adult social care. The Lead to Succeed management training programme covers five key areas over five days (usually with two or three weeks between sessions to allow action plans to be developed and put the learning into practice).

Lead to succeed covers:

  • Successful behaviours for leaders and managers
  • Developing a positive culture
  • Effective supervision
  • Leading and managing the process of change
  • Leading and managing the inspection process

As a Skills for Care “Centre of Excellence” endorsed learning provider, over 3,000 social care managers have now successfully completed the Lead to Succeed programme with Grey Matter Learning. If you want to join them and experience the benefits – register here.

We have had tremendous success evidenced through 95% in evaluation averages and 5 star reviews with regular feedback, confirming “life changing” results which have directly impacted on CQC rating.
