Well Led – Skills for Care Management Training

Well Led is a four day programme created by Skills for Care, providing opportunities to explore real life issues and challenges. It also includes practical examples, specific to adult social care of what well led looks like in a “good” or “outstanding” service. CQC’s Transitional Regulatory Approach focuses on the Well Led and Safe KLOEs which means this course is now even more important.

The Four Key Learning Outcomes of the Well Led Course:

  • Leadership fundamentals: Gain a clear understanding of effective leadership and its role in promoting high-quality care.
  • Communication skills: Develop strong communication skills to engage stakeholders, build relationships, and communicate effectively with your team.
  • Change management: Acquire the skills to identify areas for improvement, implement change effectively, and manage change in the social care sector.
  • Best practices: Learn about best practices in the social care sector, including staff recruitment and retention, promoting a culture of learning, and continuous improvement.

As a Skills for Care “Centre of Excellence” endorsed learning provider, over 3,000 social care managers have now successfully completed the Well Led programme with Grey Matter Learning. If you want to join them and experience the benefits – register here.
