Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is a process of lifelong learning enabling care professionals to expand and fulfil their own potential, and in social care is central to the delivery of quality care. Reflective Practice is a way of reviewing and analysing your own experiences to make sense of and improve the way you work.

This short course is the second one in a series of courses on Reflective Practice; it focuses on Personal Development Plans (PDPs), their use, and how to develop your own PDP.
