This Managing Quality: Stakeholders and Strategies short course, is the fifth and last in our series on Managing Quality in Health and Social Care. The aim is to enable you to appreciate what’s involved in delivering ‘quality service’, and reflect on the care provision within your own workplace to help you identify areas that could be improved.

In this course, we take a look at stakeholders; what they are and why stakeholders are crucial in the process of defining, maintaining and sustaining quality of health and social care service provision. We will also look at how evidence-based practice can positively impact on the quality of care.

This course has been designed specifically for people who would like to develop their management skills as part of their continuing professional development and identify areas in their own workplace for improvement, or as a refresher to help build on existing strengths and knowledge.
