What is coming in 2023 for Care Providers
As a Skills for Care ‘Centre of Excellence’ and leading eLearning provider in the social care sector, we are constantly improving our service offering to support providers and NCA members do what they do best – deliver fantastic care.
So, as 2022 draws to a close, we are busy planning for another year with lots of new and exciting platform developments and courses.
The Care Innovation Group
Earlier this month, we launched the Care Innovation Group, which aims to tackle challenges facing the social care sector. We enlisted the help of some key influencers and employers such as Norwood, Skills for Care, and Bluebird Care to create the industry-led collective.
Each quarter, we will meet to discuss key themes and trends and cultivate tangible solutions to the challenges providers face. Some big plans are already underway, and we can’t wait to share what we have planned in January. Watch this space!
New free courses!
We are always looking for new courses that will further enhance our service offering and support our customers. In the New Year, we will be launching some brand-new free courses available to our customers and non-customers.

Leadership & Management Courses
New Year, new opportunities for your career? All year round we deliver our Skills for Care accredited Leadership and Management Courses, including Lead to Succeed, Well-Led, and Leading Care, Improving Change.
In early 2023, to help providers get the most out of the Workforce Development fund, we will be lowering the price of Well Led and Lead to Succeed to just £300 per learner. You can book Leadership and Management spaces here.
Click eLearning Platform Roadmap
One of our best sources of inspiration is our growing customer base. In response to our customer’s needs, we have developed the Click Roadmap. The roadmap provides a delivery timeline for some exciting new features that will launch on Click in 2023. These enhancements will save even more time for managers and improve the learning experience for carers.
