The awards recognise excellence in suppliers of products and services to the care sector, showcasing innovation, customer service and demonstrate outstanding client outcomes.
An independent panel of judges headed by Professor Martin Green, CEO of Care England, will select category winners.
The prestigious awards ceremony takes place on 19 October at The Marriot Hotel, Grosvenor Hotel, London.
