How much are your pricing plans?

24 Month Plan – £2 per learner per month, plus VAT; 12 Month Plan – £3 per learner per month, plus VAT; Monthly Plan – £4 per learner per month, plus VAT.

Are all the courses included in each pricing plan?

Yes, we have 72 courses, including the Care Certificate plus all Skills for Care mandatory subjects.

Are there any set-up fees?

No, there are no set-up fees or hidden charges with any of our pricing plans.

What’s the catch?

There really isn’t one!  Having supported the care sector for over 15 years, we know how important competitive pricing is for our customers, given the financial challenges they regularly face, particularly this last year.

Can I sign up at any time?

Yes, we have designed all of our systems to run smoothly 24/7.

Can I add more staff later?

Click will automatically show you how to quickly add more licences to your account.  This way, you stay in control of your account at all times.

What does recycling licences mean?

When a member of staff leaves, you can just give the existing licence to the new person, rather than having to buy a new one, as you would have to do with ‘credits’ from other training providers.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard and we use GoCardless to set up direct debit mandates.

How do I cancel?

If you are thinking about cancelling your account, then talk to us first.  In many cases, it turns out that we are able to help you with the issue or challenge you are facing.
