Well Led 3rd September

Well Led is a four day programme for managers and leaders, providing opportunities to explore issues and challenges. It also includes practical examples, specific to adult social care of what well led looks like in a "good" or "outstanding" service. The programme includes a "resource pack" of key learning materials and practical strategies for sharing in the workplace and to support the transfer of learning into practice.

Programme content:

  • develop a clear understanding of what well-led looks like in a care setting
  • develop a clear understanding of how leadership strategies and techniques can be used to transform services and improve the quality of care
  • develop the confidence and skills necessary to lead services in an increasingly complex and challenging context
  • develop clear goals and commitment to improve your personal leadership effectiveness
  • learn from the experience of others by working with them in a range of collaborative learning activities and networking opportunities.
Well Led is for those working in Health and Social Care who already hold a leadership position or wish to do so. This may apply to team leaders, elder care providers, managers of care facilities, or anybody else who wants to improve their leadership abilities and career prospects.
This programme will take 4 Days to complete. It is spread over multiple dates to allow delegates to put their learning into practice between sessions.
