Prince’s Trust Webinar – Helping Young People into Care
Recently, we ran a free webinar for our network in partnership with The Prince’s Trust, exploring their excellent Health and Social Care programme supporting 5,000 young people into care careers.
As part of the programme, you can:
- Become an Employer Partner – helping you to recruit a diverse workforce and develop a pipeline of motivated, skilled, young people into entry-level roles and apprenticeships.
- Provide employability support for candidates – support young people applying for your vacancies with a number of resources.
- Provide financial support to young people entering the care sector – The Princes Trust can offer support to young people who are offered a job to help with the costs associated with starting work such as DBS costs, travel, clothing, childcare etc
