New Features Makes CLICK More User Friendly Than Ever Before!

The Grey Matter Learning team’s mission is to improve lives through learning. As a result we are constantly innovating to ensure Click, our e-learning platform, delivers greater efficiencies for our members.

Our overriding principle is to make life easier for managers to collect evidence that their workforce is continuing with their person-centred learning, and they are safe to practice.

Click helps managers say goodbye to the excel spreadsheet, reducing the need for managers to input data manually whilst storing all of their training data in one place. This vital evidence helps our clients to achieve a higher Care Quality Commission (CQC) standard.

This summer, the Click team has been working on some additional features to make the system more efficient than ever before.

New features include:

Automated Updates When Staff Complete New Training

Whilst many organisations are brilliant at staff training – recording it is not as straightforward. Click can now automatically update your Carer Management System when individual learners have completed a new training module. This update happens in real time and ensures that your training data is always up to date. This means that all data supplied to the CQC is accurate, reflecting your organisation’s commitment to training.

The Ability to Categorise Courses for Specific Groups of Learners

We have now enhanced Click’s functionality to enable managers to create “learning journeys”, which are specific for individual groups in different care settings. For example, all new starters could be assigned to the New Starter Category. This new functionality standardises training across an organisation and ensures training is “people centred” and relevant to those undertaking the training. You can create as many groups as you wish, meeting the individual training requirements for staff across all of your settings.

Notifications When Staff Don’t Complete Training

As well as being able to track when people have completed training, Click will now notify you when training has not been completed. This is in addition to receiving reminders as the “due date” approaches. This new feature will save managers additional time by reducing the time spent monitoring course attendees.

Capturing Details of External Training

As well as capturing details of eLearning, Click is now able to record external courses, which are relevant and beneficial to your learners. Here at Grey Matter Learning, we care about social care and recognise that there are thousands of learning methods and we want to support you to capture it all.
