GML Connects with Care Providers at The Liverpool Care Roadshow 

The Grey Matter Learning team recently hit the road to attend the Care Roadshow at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool. The show, which brings together care professionals including suppliers and industry experts, aimed to help inform and inspire those working in the sector by showcasing the latest updates, ideas and technology, so of course, it was only natural that we took the opportunity to get away from our desks and showcase our eLearning platform, Click, to the sector!

Sophie and Peter, sporting their Grey Matter Learning-branded pink hoodies, demonstrated Click live in action, and talked to visitors about the huge impact the eLearning platform is having on care organisations across England.

Peter Humphrey’s, Head of Customer Engagement, said, “The Roadshow was great. It’s always a joy to meet care providers and discuss their learning and development. Having the opportunity to catch-up with existing customers and get their feedback is always a positive. We love the feedback no matter what it is. Events are really important to us; it’s about showing we are genuine people and not just hidden behind a computer screen.”

Liverpool has one of the lowest retention rates of care workers in the UK at 69.5%.
