Oxfordshire County Council and Grey Matter Learning
Calling all Social Care providers in Oxfordshire - this message is for you!
Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) has purchased the services of Grey Matter Learning (GML), a Skills for Care Centre of Excellence, to support providers to have access to free online learning during the current COVID-19 crisis and has just extended this until 31st March 2022.
What is Click?
Click is an online learning system used by thousands of Care Providers to put their staff through the induction and refresher courses. Click's unique competence recording system allows you to record observations, evidence of competence etc, all in the one place. This means you can ditch the Care Certificate workbooks and go digital just in time for the CQC new inspections.
Click will support your team to reduce staff turnover and to improve CQC ratings by providing evidence of the fantastic work carried out each day in the care sector. There’s also a really useful Training Matrix.
Click has over 50 high quality courses including the Care Certificate, mandatory subjects, Oral Health Care, Preparing for an Outstanding CQC Inspection and Coronavirus (COVID-19) Essentials. If you are already using eLearning, why not try out one of GML's free courses and see how they compare?
How do I sign up?
Just get in touch with GML who will support you to create your account and access for your team too. GML won't need any payment details; just your email address so they can send you the registration email.
What's the catch?
There isn’t one! This opportunity is fully funded by OCC and comes just at a time when you need it most.
What happens after 31 March 2022?
There are no guarantees the funding will be extended. However, GML has partnered with OCC for many years and the more people that take up this offer, the more likely the funding could be extended. Whatever happens, you will have full access to your data with an option to use Click via a direct subscription with GML using one of their monthly pricing plans.
