A fantastic opporuntity to work with Grey Matter Learning as a Customer Engagement Associate has arise.  No previous training or experience is required as the successful individual will be coached and mentored on the job (although previous experience is desirable).

Main Purpose:

To support the Customer Engagement Team to provide exceptional customer experiences to prospective, new and existing customers. The role will involve handling sales enquiries, making follow up, prospecting and welcome calls to potential and new customers. Outbound calls to customer to promote Grey Matter Learning. Deliver demos to showcase our courses and learner management system to customers.

We are looking for ambitious, tenacious sales professionals who thrive in past paced, high performing sales environments. You will need to be energetic, motivated with a passion for creating outstanding relationships with customers.

Your prospective customers will be social care providers across the country including managers of care organisations, training managers or HR Representatives who recruit colleagues for their care organisation.

You will be required to successfully reach out to and engage with prospective care organisations using email, phone and occasionally onsite visits, generate leads and opportunities to demo Grey Matter Learning’s platform and showcase the many benefits it will bring to their organisation.

Skills and attributes:

● Proven sales experience winning new business customers, working in similar sales or business development roles.

● Past-experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.

● Ability to manage solution led sales processes, tailoring solutions to reflect challenges care organisations may have recruiting or training staff.

● Able to use open ended questions to identify challenges faced by providers in the Care Sector.

● Strong communication skills, confident talking to customers, of different levels and roles.

● Able to use initiative, problem solving skills.

● Excellent office/IT skills: able to use MS word, MS excel, Google/Microsoft docs, spreadsheets, email.

● Strong literacy skills: able to construct and write emails using correct grammar and spelling.

● Exceptional relationship building skills, team player, keen to make a difference and grow with the company.

● Flexible and responsive to changing business priorities.

● Self-motivated and able to work alone or as part of the Customer Engagement Team.

● Organised and methodical

● Honest and trustworthy

● Willing to try new things.
