Meet Beatrice, our director of website design and content. With a decade of experience, Beatrice has developed a highly trained muscle for building engaging, converting sites. Beatrice's love of photography has enhanced her eye for design even more. Her immense love of The Bachelor is just for fun.

Clark Blackwood

This is Clark. He's the head of marketing strategy. After working as a social media campaign manager for a major corporation, he wanted to move into a boutique agency where he could spread his creative wings. When Clark isn't wowing clients, he's taking pictures of his corgi Coconut and binging on The Office.

Our Process

Change Agent works a little different than most marketing agencies. You don't start by buying a plan and then we throw basic content at you.  

We begin with a free initial analysis and consultation to determine where your business is today. From there, we'll brainstorm 3-5 potential website and marketing strategies, customized to you and your needs. These plans include both digital applications and human services, as well as projected KPIs and results.  

We'll then work with you to select which plan will be the most beneficial for your budget, timeline, and goals. Then, we assemble your team and start implementing- while you sit back and relax. 

Long story short...

We Know What Works

LEAD TO SUCCEED

The Lead to Succeed programme was developed by Skills for Care in response to an identified need within the sector to upskill existing managers and provide a pathway to develop aspiring managers in adult social care.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) states: "Our data shows that if a service is rated good or outstanding in well-led, it's more likely to be rated good or outstanding overall, compared with any other key question."

The programme covers five key areas over five days (usually spread over 3 week periods to allow action plans to be developed and put into practice after each module):-  

Successful behaviours for leaders and managers

Developing a positive culture

Effective supervision 

Leading and managing the process of change

Leading and managing the inspection process

These workshops have been inspired by the Manager Induction Standards and the Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management in Adult Care.
