eLearning
Let's change the collective mindset from “eLearning” to “real learning”. In a recent blog Learning vs Training, we outlined the difference between the two and why the learning is so important.
Critically, the "one-size-fits-all" approach is no better than a tick box, "sheep-dip" exercise. If everyone does everything “just in case” or so they have “done it our way”, then all you do is demotivate the experienced workers and potentially overwhelm the new workers.
Now, we understand that you are busy and you need to get people through induction and delivering services. So, how do you find that balance between refreshing the existing workers and upskilling the new?
The answer is more straightforward than you might imagine: Know, Understand and Do!
