The aim of this course is to support you to understand the social care recruitment process and to apply the appropriate legislation and safety measures that are available to protect both the individual (applicant) and the people you support. By knowing the stages of team development and the characteristics and functions of effective teams, you should understand their influence and impact on the organisation particularly in relation to their effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
